The House of Wettin dates from approximately 950 AD and is Europe's preeminent dynastic family. The ancestral home of the House of Wettin is in Germany, but due to the historical importance of the dynasty, its influence extends across the globe.
All of the people that you've ever heard of in the context of "ruling elite," or "Illuminati" have ties to and are in fact governed by the Wettin World Governing Council.
The Committee of 300, the Vatican, Windsor's, Rothschilds, Hapsburgs, Bilderbergers, Rockefellers, Bushes, Vanderbilt's, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission and the United Nations, all send their delegates to the Wettin Council and are all ultimately controlled to a large degree by Wettin.
Members of the Wettin dynasty have been kings and queens of many European countries. In 1840, Queen Victoria married Prince Albert of Saxe Coburg and Gotha, a prince of the House of Wettin, which meant that the House of Windsor was annexed by marriage to the House of Wettin. The children of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert never used the surname "Wettin" but it was in fact the official surname of the royal family.
During World War 1, due to anti-German sentiment at home, the royal family officially changed their surname to Windsor. [1]

Somerset Belenoff, Countess of Banbury and Arran, chairs the World Governing Council and is the Chief Executive Officer of the World Security Office, which is the prosecutorial and enforcement arm of the House of Wettin's Upper Chamber. This is the powerful cabal which controls all of the elite Illuminati groups familiar to researchers.
She is the registered owner of the Bohemian Grove domain name and is likely the owner of the actual property where Bohemian Grove is located. She attended Benenden School, of which Princess Anne is also an alumnus.

Belenoff rules the House of Wettin's Upper Chamber with an iron fist and is likely responsible for the execution of dozens of Illuminati. The most recent alleged executions are those of 3 elite international bankers, murdered in California in May, 2018. [2]
As noted in “Who is Somerset Belenoff.com”, a Wettin historian Alfred Saxe-Coburg, prior to the final vote to implement the royal reforms set by Belenoff, an assassination plot was hatched by 18 of the most powerful delegates, all of whom were princes and dukes from Europe's most elite houses.
Miss Belenoff learned of the plot and after the final vote was tallied, she confronted the conspirators in an open forum, accusing them of treason. She ordered 12 of the would-be assassins to climb the castle's north tower and to jump to their deaths.
The remaining 6 conspirators were given revolvers and Miss Belenoff ordered them to proceed to the adjoining courtyard where they were to shoot themselves. Karl Feldhaus, a servant at the castle who waited upon the delegates said that all of the conspirators followed the countess's instructions as though they were under some kind of spell.
Mr. Feldhaus said that after the 12 princes had left the table and ascended the stairs to the north tower, Miss Belenoff made the remark, "12 lords a-leaping," in reference to a line from the popular Christmas song. [1]
Through statements and actions over the years, Belenoff has made it very clear that she considers groups such as the Bilderbergers, Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, etc. to hold a lower position in the cabal than those born into nobility.
She refers to these lesser Illuminati members as "grubby, downstairs staff, and inferior in rank." She has suggested that these "newly-moneyed" lesser Illuminati should be accustomed to living in mud huts with dirt floors, as befitting their actual rank.
She has been closely associated with the occult from a very early age and claims to have met the Devil at Castle when she was a child, and "frankly was not impressed"
She is the great granddaughter of Gregory Rasputin and the great-great-great granddaughter of Queen Victoria.
She travels regularly to the Kremlin, the White House and of course Buckingham Palace - she arrives unannounced and without an invitation and she is probably the only person in the world who does this (uninvited yet completely welcome in all of those locations). She was the driving force behind the rise of Mikhail Gorbachev in the Soviet Union and the ultimate fall of the Soviet Communist Party.

Elizabeth Somerset Feodorovna Bowes-Lyon Belenoff was born May 1, 1953 as a British aristocrat at Glamis Castle, Scotland.
As a child, she was known to spook family members and guests with casual, factual statements about long dead relatives who had died in Glamis Castle, often referring to them by nicknames used for them when they were alive. On one occasion, according to Princess Margaret, when Belenoff was 8 years old she joined a grown-up card game and played extremely well, winning several hands.
When the astonished adults asked how she learned to play so well, she replied that she had been playing cards on a regular basis with Earl Beardie in a hidden room within the castle since she was 3 years old. "Earl Beardie can beat the devil at cards," she announced, "and sometimes I can beat the devil too." Earl Beardie is distant relative of the current royal family who lived in Glamis Castle and died there in 1486.
Somerset Belenoff is the de facto head of an ancient dynasty that has ruled over much of Europe for more than a thousand years. She has described her senior position atop the House of Wettin as "an accident of birth.
" Somerset Belenoff was not in line to inherit the princes' title," says Saxe-Coburg, "but the sheer number of aristocratic bloodlines in her pedigree, combined with her charisma and personal magnetism, placed her in a unique position to assume the practical leadership of the house, which is really Europe's most elite dynasty." The countess refers to herself as "the most illuminated of the Illuminati."
Affectionately referred to as The Witch of Glamis Castle. Queen Elizabeth has forbidden the use of the term within her inner circle and has instructed that Miss Belenoff be addressed as Countess, Lady Glamis, or Lady Somerset.
Somerset Belenoff is the alleged great granddaughter of Princess Elisabeth of Hess and by Rhine, who was allegedly either seduced or sexually assaulted by Grigory Rasputin while both were frequent visitors to the Russian Czar's court. In 1909 Elisabeth sold her possessions and used the proceeds to open the Convent of Saints Martha and Mary.
She became the abbess of the convent and ran it until her death at the hands of the Bolsheviks in 1918. This means that during the last part of both their lives, Elisabeth and Rasputin were both part of the Russian Orthodox Church.
A few letters and telegrams written by members of the Russian court refer to the birth of an unnamed daughter, born to Elisabeth at the Convent of Saint Martha and Mary, naming "that most evil and false priest, Rasputin" as the father. Royal historians however, have been understandably reluctant to include these documents in the official historical record, though Miss Belenoff herself has confirmed the story.[2]
Like so many things surrounding Somerset Belenoff, it is interesting to note that according to the late Peter Graham (Led Zeppelin's manager) the song Stairway to Heaven is about Miss Belenoff and includes references to her that were well-known to people in the London art and music scene.
The song also includes the words, "the Piper's calling you to join him." (an obvious reference to her connection to the Pied Piper of Hamlin) Graham told Melody Maker that the lyrics about the May Queen refers directly to Miss Belenoff and that she is the "Lady" who is buying the stairway to heaven. In the 1960s Belenoff was known informally within the London art scene as "The May Queen," most likely because May 1st is her birthday. [3]
On a different note, here is an interesting letter Belenoff sent to this video release platform: Referencing Daniel John Lee, Military Tribunal Updates, and David Wilcock channels. She was questioning their permission to report certain topics that were in their videos.
She wasn’t too concerned about their discussion on the Trilateral Commission, Bilderbergers, the Catholic Church, International Bankers or the Clintons. Interestingly, she wrote these words regarding the Clintons: From a world governance perspective these are all low-level players and frankly the contempt for the Clintons is well-earned.
Her main concern was these channels didn’t mention the names of the murdered bankers in California. She signed the letter with might I say very interesting initials: Warm Regards, SB [4]
