A reform push led by Welch and Rep. Cynthia Lummis, Wyoming Republican, featured a 62-congressman plea to the president in 2014, backed by legislation, urging him to release the top-line budget figures for the sprawling 16-agency intelligence community.

Welch said he and many of his colleagues first learned of individual spy agency appropriations from Snowden, who released to the Washington Post information about the fiscal 2013 budget, revealing $14.7 billion in funding for the CIA and $10.8 billion for the NSA that year.

Welch voiced concerns that challenging pending appropriations would land him being escorted off the House floor in handcuffs.

Catherine Austin Fitts has been writing about this for over 20 years. In 2001 Rumsfeld couldn't explain $2.1 trillion missing. Bush and Obama are responsible.

We learn in the article in Washington Times that Barack Obama and his supporters were saying he “cut the deficit by two-thirds” while president. Actually, the national debt skyrocketed from $11 to nearly $20 trillion during the Obama administration.

It is incontrovertible that the national debt nearly doubled in eight years, which makes Mr. Obama the runaway Olympic gold-medal winner of all presidents for fiscal incompetence. Mr. Obama’s record is far and away the worst record of our generation of presidents. [4]

Is the Black Budget part of the reason the national debt sky-rocketed? Besides the spying operations put in place to spy on ordinary American citizens, the unusual occultic programs that unaccounted monies funded and even other nefarious foreign operations, what else was happening to our tax dollars during that administration?

Remember, Obama would never and will never disclose spy agency budgets, and your bill for the NSA, CIA and other spy agencies is classified and aren't up for public debate. [5]

My concern is the above three questions about the spy operations on American citizens, the occultic programs, and the nefarious foreign operations were part of a three-pronged approach to take down America.
