The pioneer of DNA vaccinations is a man called Dr Weiner. This is the same man involved in the Zika vaccine. In 2000 Dr Kim and Dr Weiner began a company called InOvio, they first had a company called VGX.

Dr Joseph Kim teamed up with his university lecturer Professor Weiner, who is the leading DNA technology inventor, created a few companies one was called Inovio, in which the Professor was the chairman.

Dr. Kim’s partner Prof Weiner is not only the worlds DNA technology expert, but he is also a special employee and adviser to the FDA. This shows the depths to the corruption of this industry when an advisory to the supposed regulatory body is also a producer of vaccines that he advises on!

He has perfected a new method of giving DNA vaccines via Electroporation, which is an electromagnetic pulse that opens the cells, injects foreign DNA and then it closes. The system has been stated by Molecular Biologists to be unsafe as it could lead to death or cancer. They stated that only human antibody in genes is safe.

This is the same action that 5G technology uses in pulsed waves and the corona virus was reported to have started in an area in China that had rolled out 5G technology!

So we can see how geneticists using scientists are tampering with the building blocks of our existence and what is disturbing is that Prof Wiener is an HIV pioneer and we know that soon after the Polio vaccines were given to millions in Africa that HIV emerged.

They have perfected the art of injecting animal or bird DNA into human chromosomes which alters our DNA and causes things like hemorrhaging, fever, cancers and even death. [2]

In January of 2018 The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation awarded a $1.4 million grant to the Wistar Institute in Philadelphia to create a synthetic DNA-based vaccine for malaria. The Wistar Institute collaborated with the Johns Hopkins Malaria Research Institute and Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. on the research initiative, which was created in the lab of Professor David Weiner. This is Bill Gates in on this action?

We learned in a video on this channel titled: “UNDERWAY: Operation Fortitude,” the details of nefarious plans against the world by Bill Gates. Bill Gates with only a high school education somehow has his fingers in Pharmaceuticals, Worldwide Microbiology studies, Microchip Implants, and now 5G!

So, today we have a pandemic that is putting our nation in lockdown. While aggressive measures such as travel restrictions and the first federal quarantine in a half century have probably slowed the arrival of the coronavirus in the U.S., we have seen more intrusive steps take place like school closings, workplace shutdowns and canceling large gatherings and public events.[3] [4]

There have been videos circulating of hospitals being empty during the COVID19 pandemic. In the last video on this channel titled, “The Storm” we learned some of these hospitals are being used to house those rescued from the tunnels used by drug smugglers and human traffickers.

Then, in another video titled “UNDERWAY: Operation Fortitude”, we witnessed a woman horrified as she noticed items were being removed from an empty hospital.

Why may those hospitals be empty with no human trafficking patients arriving. Well, I learned from a source that many hospitals including the one in my area specialize in cardiac care. Well, I went exploring; and sure enough, our local hospital was empty. Are these other empty hospitals ones that specialize in cardiac care?

I don’t know. While we have been wisely advised to stay home, the fiber optics contractors have been busy installing 5G.

I was shocked to learn about the 5G mad dash, but it suddenly all makes sense. Is this the State- “Deep State” President Trump was talking about? Is this why he changed his mind from school commencing after Easter to school being closed all year? Is this what Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Milley was referring to in his message to America? If 5G was to be released immediately at the close of the shutdown, what effects could that have on the masses? The biggest concern will be for those wearing a pacemaker.

Is this why some of the hospitals are emptying out? What about all the ships in the Pacific and the Atlantic? Are they all for the children, or are they also for cardiac patients? I have more questions than answers. Please leave your thoughts in the comments below.

Well, the source who I spoke to also informed me that my town has 5G going up at a rapid pace. I must say, he was correct. My husband and I took a drive, and this is what we found: Images in video

These images were taken along the Billy Graham Freeway along I-40 Exit 44 and Exit 55. Around Exit 53 B alone, there were 10 to 11 Towers. My source told me they start working at night around 10 pm.

At the beginning of the route, we noticed a couple of vehicles parked bearing this information.

My source also informed me CVO Fiber Optics Fiber Optic Solutions, was the contractor for this operation.

Sure enough, when I looked it up, I learned JACKIE BROOK LUNSFORD is the PRESIDENT at JBL COMMUNICATIONS, aka CVO aka Fiber Optic Solutions, and they proudly advertise this operation. On the “Projects” page, the site https://v1fiber.com/our-projects/ tells about their 5G projects and here is the blog: https://v1fiber.com/blog/ Currently, there are 750 miles of fiber optics contracted to bury from Mannassas, NC to Knoxville, TN.

It seems obvious to me that while President Trump and the generals are trying to run a rescue operation, the deep state, their mad scientists, and their Dr. Jekyll's are taking advantage to attack the world.

Meanwhile, U.S. military command teams in charge of protecting homeland security are being isolated in the infamous Cheyenne mountain bunker where they will remain 'sealed off' until the coronavirus pandemic passes.
