This video today is taken from an article titled: “Thumbs Down by 44 Pro-death Senators on Anti-infanticide Bills” by J.W. Bryan. He writes: A few days ago, I received a report from Steve Elliott, of Grassfire on a spectacle that he witnessed on the Senate floor the day before that “made him sick to his stomach.”
First, none of the Democrats even bothered to be in the chamber for any of the debates preceding the votes. So, when it came time to be counted, I watched as Democrat after Democrat strolled to the “well” of the Senate to announce their votes…
Either by a bold “thumbs down” sign or with a verbal “No”. What were they giving the “thumbs down” to? First to a bill that would protect the lives of babies in the womb who can feel pain at about 20 weeks – Only a handful of countries in the world are so barbaric to allow abortions after 20 weeks.
But there they came, one by one… THUMBS DOWN! It was sickening. The pro-death Democrats once again defeated the “cloture” call that required a super-majority of 60 votes to keep the bill alive.
Then they repeated their “THUMBS DOWN” disgusting display on the second infanticide bill – this one to guarantee that babies that survive an abortion receive medical care and aren’t discarded as waste.
At the end of the report, Steve Elliott said that some Democrats insisted on walking down to the front of the Senate and showing their THUMBS DOWN gesture. To me, this act was a flaunting of their degradation, but I’m sure they saw or thought of it in the opposite way, probably as a form of contempt.
Not only does this report serve as an indicator that what we have in Washington are many who have no regard for the rights of their constituents. Of course, I suppose they do not consider the unborn or those who escape the results of an abortion to be members of their constituency.
Over the past few years, I have progressively thought of those like the 44 pro-death Senators, as they are referred to by Grassfire and others, as people with a reprobate mind. And this event fairly well sums-up and confirms my position on the subject; for as I see it, anyone committing to carry out a directive of this nature would have to had been turned over to a reprobate mind by Almighty God for them to be able to contemplate it. And it had to have been a directive for all these 44 Senators to vote the same way.
The behavior of these 44 Senators, and others of their ilk, is completely covered in Romans 1:18 – 32. One needs to read this part of scripture even if only to discover that we, through our rejection of God’s word, have turned over the running of our government to people that he (God) has already condemned.
And as I understand it, when anyone is condemned by God, i.e., turned over to a reprobate mind, their doom is sealed. Yet we, as a result of possibly, our ignorance, as well as our lethargic “don’t care” attitude, have exalted them into high positions in government to rule over, not only us but also our posterity, our children, and grandchildren.
As a result, we now have a bunch of congressmen and senators who have sold us down the river, so to speak, by accepting the USMCA trade deal; which practically gives the United Nations complete authority over our lives with Agenda 21, and 2030 through Sustainable Development. It is doubtful if any of them read the text of this traitorous deal.
There is one positive result from this episode. The children who lose their lives as a result of actions by legislators and judges – will spend eternity with Christ. The irony of it is where will those involved in the actions that caused the loss of the children’s lives—spend eternity, and with whom?
And along that line, what about us? What about our part in electing these 44 pro-death Senators as well as others not in this group? We have acquiesced, went along with the electing and supporting of many legislators who are supporting those that are bent on completely changing our domestic life to what will equate with conditions and circumstances depicted in the book, “1984” by George Orwell.
The plan for bringing this to fruition is Sustainable Development if they are successful, and they will be unless we are able to get enough of our citizens informed and committed to the point that a groundswell of public resistance will develop to overpower it. But what is Sustainable Development? Many would ask. Well, I’ll turn that over to the expert on the subject, Tom DeWeese.
“I have one thing to tell you. You are not going to win in the manner we are fighting now, because the other side has cut us up into little pieces. They’ve divided and conquered us.
They’ve succeeded because you think your fight is against gun control. Because you think your fight is against bad schools. Because you think your fight is against the Endangered Species Act and roadless programs, wetlands regulations, water rights, and Heritage Areas. Because you think your fight is against Democrats and not Republicans. Because you think it’s a fight between evil liberals and good guy conservatives.
You’re wrong. Your fight is against a well-planned, well-orchestrated agenda for the complete transformation of America. And unless you learn that fact now, today…and unless you fully educate yourselves to every aspect of that agenda and fight it on the proper terms…then you cannot win.
I’m here to tell you that every one of these issues you are facing is interrelated. There is an Agenda being implemented before your very eyes. It’s called Sustainable Development. And I will tell you now if you want to keep your guns, your property, your children and your God if you love liberty, then Sustainable Development is your enemy.
So, what is Sustainable Development? Imagine an America in which a specific “ruling principle” is created to decide proper societal conduct for every citizen. That principle would be used to consider everything you eat, what you wear, the kind of homes you live in, the method of transportation used to get to work, the way you dispose of waste, perhaps the number of children you may have, even your education and employment decisions.
It’s in every community in the nation. We hear it talked about in county commission meetings and state legislatures. It’s even used in advertising as a positive practice for food processing and auto sales. It’s used as the model for building materials, power sources, and transportation policy. It’s sold as a bold visionary plan. The nation is being transformed under the banner of “Sustainable Development.”
We are assured by elected officials that Sustainable Development is simply a tool or a guideline to help direct the carefully-planned growth of our cities and rural areas while protecting our natural resources for future generations…Citizens are assured by their community leaders that all such plans are just local, local, local, created with the participation of the whole community…
As usual, the answers are hidden in the details. Are we hearing the truth? What are the consequences of the policy that has taken over every level of government? Are there hidden dangers most just can’t see? Or, as its proponents claim, is opposition to Sustainable Development just a silly overblown conspiracy theory found in a twenty-year-old meaningless document called Agenda 21?
The UN’s Brundtland Commission on Global Governance described Sustainable Development as “Development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the needs of the future” It’s just common sense to assure we don’t overuse our resources, say proponents, so they say.
A couple of years later, in 1992, at the UN’s Earth Summit, 50,000 delegates approved a plan describing in detail how to meet those future needs. They issued a document called Agenda 21 which the UN labeled as a “comprehensive blueprint for the reorganization of human society” The UN sold Agenda 21 as a “soft law” policy, meaning it was an idea that nations would need to take up and impose through their own mechanisms.
So, the meaningless document somehow mutated into a comprehensive blueprint for the reorganization of human society. And the “soft law” policy that nations would need to take up and impose through their own mechanisms, well this leads into the authority of trade deals, like USMCA. Since we became a partner in the USMCA, we must change our laws when they conflict with the rules of the USMCA, or the UN.

I am hoping and praying that we can get a tenth of one percent in each Congressional District activated towards informing enough people to begin putting pressure on Congress to get us out of this horrible situation.
We need to let them know that if we must live under UN control—there’s going to be consequences. It begins with the willingness to educate yourself and spread the news about Agenda 21 and Sustainable Development. This is our most pressing issue to date.
