THIS PICTURE SAYS IT ALL!!! According to Bacigalupi, the security guard became very agitated when he caught her taking a snapshot of the picture.

+You can see the UN and Global Governance is clearly at the center of Ted’s eye.

+Ted obviously views himself as some god-like figure over the world.

+Ted sees himself as presidential at the same time.

+In his face in the clouds, you can see on the right hand side the outline of North America and South America to represent earth, the globe.

+Ted obviously believes in merging the nations as the flags overlap.

+In the palm of his hand, the UN and US flagpoles rest … separated but at the top, where he seems omnipresent, the flags merge.

I’m so bummed I didn’t get a better shot…The security guard got HOTLANTA mad at Bacigalupi when she took this photo with her cell phone. This photo was in the lobby of his building. At the top of his building, where he lives, are three flags. The one on the far right is a faded United Nations flag. Turner is dubbed the largest land owner in America…but he doesn’t believe in private property for you and me. Global Governance is clearly at the center of Ted’s eye. [1]

Senate report 93-549 Emergency War Powers initiated by every sitting President. The Constitution has been suspended. We are under Corporate Law. The Executive Branch by Executive Order via this Senate Report since 1933. A bankruptcy was concocted after the great Depression, and America’s gold and silver was stolen by the global bankers and Americans, were collateralized by our property, our children, our souls. Senate report 93-549 identifies American citizens as enemies.

The Uniform Commercial Code replaced the United States Constitution. We are now United States, Inc. Silent weapons for quiet wars is a real document and a real weapons plan for the citizens of the United States. Operations Research technical Manual TW-SW 7995.1 is a 44 page document. This weapons plan is to use citizens bodies as an energy control system. This is a declaration of War against American citizens. Read “Behold a Pale Horse” by William Cooper. American citizens are all enemies of the state. Part of the Silent Weapons war is inferior education for children.

On page 8 of the Silent Weapons document: When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts/adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and they crack up. Therefore, the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality option and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses. They will control it all.

Silent Weapons document is a declaration of war and we are the enemy.

The Iron Mountain Report is the Blueprint for Tyranny. In 1961 the Kennedy Administration ordered a top secret study. The study concluded in 1966. This report looks deep into the soul of the New World Order. It’s entire agenda is to bring the world and America under the control of the United Nations. The plan is to turn America into a Fascist Police State, and it’s happening. The Iron Mountain Report talks about how the government planned to subvert education. The entire Obamacare plan was in this report. This report talks about inventing a replacement for war. The report mentioned inventing an event that was so impactful and global, that every person in the world would be affected equal to the effects of war. Thus, they invented global warming. Their plan was to damage the ecology with the corporate structure. NASA and the corporations have damaged our world intentionally to seduce us into the illusion that it’s our fault, so we will believe we need to live in scarcity and reign in the population because there’s too many of us.

The ICF is working with the CDC which are both private corporations for profit. They also work with USA, Inc. to centralize control and create a new corporate business model in all of our cities, and to replace the old inefficient business model. The new model is known as The new Green economy. The new Green jobs are global game changers to the way of our lives. They are creating new technologies that are replacing the human workforce. They are also involved with the RFID chips. This is a global plan replicated into each and every city of the United States. Q140 Each side of the triangle controls a certain subsect of power brokers. Power brokers are also labeled as the puppets/servants.

The US Department of Energy is a private business. In their own handbooks, they state that the material they share does NOT guarantee their practices will not infringe on your property rights. They also provide Grants to cities and their goal is to achieve the reduction of fossil fuel emissions. They do this by requiring smart meters on every house, all appliances will be required to be replaced with energy star appliances, vehicles, building, agriculture, solid waste, water, and more. Gas appliances and gas equipment will be outlawed. Appliances will be required to have an RFID chip in them, so they can monitor how frequent you are using them. The US Department of Energy will have in-home energy audits. Never let a Free-Energy auditor in your house. There are companies who offer this as a free service, but the intention is sinister. Go to your city web sites to see what types of energy plans they expect of their residents. If you do not retrofit your home with your city guidelines, you will be in violation of energy codes. Certain cities will have auditors and code enforcers for these audits. Each city will have different target dates, but the United Nations has a target date of 2020. The next target date is 2035, and the final target date is 2050. The city will have the right to attach a black box that detects your heat and air usage onto your HVAC units without your permission. However, once the black box is attached to your units, the attachment of the black box will void any warranties on your units. If your home hasn’t passed energy efficient standards, and you sell your home, you will be required to meet the standards before you can close escrow. The energy goal is for zero energy in the home. The Department of Energy believes this is achievable by behavior modification.

Bill Gates says there is an equation to reduce Green House Gas emissions.

P for People: He said there are roughly 6.8 Billion People, heading up to about 9 Billion. Then he said, if we do a great job on new vaccines and healthcare, reduction of health services, we could lower the number of people. Bill Gates goes on to say that if he only had one wish, he would want “0” CO2 emissions by the year 2050. Think about this. Without CO2, we would all be dead. We and plants need CO2 to survive.

All the way back to the 1930’s the USA, Inc. has schemed to control the masses, and the control of energy has been the most effective way for the corporate government to do such. By monitoring the energy, the corporate government can even tell if you have guests. This is one of the purposes of the NSA; massive data collection. Cities are even implementing Environmental Crimes Unit teams with their local Police departments. Non-compliance of Energy compliance can result in criminal charges.

The Department of Energy claims non-compliance will lead to: Potential Climate Change Health Effects: Increased heat in weather, increased pollution, increased floods, higher food prices and food scarcity, sea level rises, wild fires, storm surges, and longer red tides. They list these health issues will happen if appliances aren’t retrofitted: Heat Related Illness/death, Increased Respiratory Illnesses and Seasonal Allergies, Injury/death, waterborne illness, foodborne illness, displacement, stress related disorders, mental health impacts, infectious disease, increased hunger, and decreased nutrition. The CDC will give you an even longer list of ailments that will occur if compliance of Energy Star appliances aren’t retrofitted. Keep in mind, these two entities who are threatening us with these maladies are also the very entities capable of generating these engineered weather catastrophes or medical related issues. These energy efficient requirements are a coup d’état in our major cities. This is coming in via way of the New Green Economy. Tracking, monitoring, and surveillance of retrofitting.

The use of Smart Meters on your home along with the increased accumulative effect from the RFID chips on the appliances can cause the following: aches and pains, increased allergies, feelings of depression, suicidal thoughts, increased autism for children, ADHD, masses increases of violence, and more. On the NASA website you can find NASA: Future of Warfare Document. This is a document on the website that outlines how NASA and the US Air Force were involved in the Silent Weapons War together along with DARPA, CIA, and FBI. On page 50, it says that all departments recognized the dangerous effects of microwave frequencies. The document says it will cause brain disruptions, it will cause seizures, and it will increase brain blood flow, and can cause death.

One way to fend off the energy audits that come to your front door is to first acknowledge we never signed any of their corporate contracts, nor did we ever receive any money from these entities that are choosing to enforce these conditions. Since they are the ones doing business, and we are not doing business, we do not need to consent, and we must not. There is a two page questionnaire that can be found at StopTheCrime.net. You can hand the questionnaire to the auditor. You are basically asking them to show you the corporate contract that you signed. If they can’t produce it; and they can’t, then they have no rights to conduct the audit.
