It seems the only ones who don't care about the situation at the border is a crisis, are the elected Democratic leaders. Now with the shutdown entering its third week, the Democrats are more concerned with their egregious agendas than the welfare of our nation.

A senior Trump administration official has been on record saying the government shutdown is a way to smoke out the resistance and end wasteful spending.

This official said “Federal employees are starting to feel the strain of the shutdown. I am one of them. But for the sake of our nation, I hope it lasts a very long time, till the government is changed, and can never return to its previous form.”

“The lapse in appropriations is more than a battle over a wall. It is an opportunity to strip wasteful government agencies for good,” said the anonymous senior Trump official.

The shutdown has passed the 21 day mark, with Democrats and Republicans nowhere near a compromise. The Trump administration is asking for $5.7 billion in funding to extend the wall along the U.S. southern border with Mexico, as reported.

“On an average day roughly 15 percent of the employees around me are exceptional patriots serving their country,” the employee states. “I wish I could give competitive salaries to them, and no one else. But 80 percent feel no pressure to produce results. If they don’t feel like doing what they are told, they don’t.”

September, being the highest month for border arrests, the Border Patrol arrested 16,658 people in that month alone.

I must say, I agree 100% with this article expressing frustration while watching President Trump NOT call for a Grand Jury to get the FISA coupsters before the Republicans lost power in the House. POTUS HAS them in his sights. These people would do him in a heartbeat.
